Registration is now opened up again.  Apologies to those who wished to register (and comment) and were unable to do so.<\/p>\n<p class=Indent>This site requires that you create an account if you wish to comment.  Your first comment will be moderated, as will any comments including more than 2 hyperlinks.  This, also, is to cut down on the spammers.
