On the side of the blog you’ll now see a little link list entitled What we are up to. This is by way of giving you a place to look at all of our … non-bloggish things. For instance, D. has just now finished going through an expanded draft of his research proposal, and has finished prepping a presentation for his lecture, Tuesday (that’s an 8 megabyte presentation, full of lovely pictures, thanks to T.). In addition to “just writing,” T. was recently interviewed over at Alphabet Soup and also at All Things Girl.
These are “what we’re up to” for now, and this post is just to call your attention to the fact that we’ll be updating that space every now and again, in case anybody’s interested.

If my blog had a “What I am up to” section, it would probably say something like, “Went to work. Ate too much. Read a book. Fell asleep.” Yours is much more interesting.
By the way, I hope you’ve got your heating sorted out/found a new flat. It’s getting cold!
Just read back – so your heating situation ISN’T sorted. It’s only supposed get up to 3 degrees tomorrow – maybe you’ll need 20 candles after all.
